CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNDT CAKE


 This is a delicious and easy cake, a recipe I've had for a long time. It is always a favorite!

Ingredients:

1 Duncan Hines Devil's Food cake mix
1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup of water
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips of your choice
"Baker's Joy" spray to prep your pan

Let's Bake!

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Whisk your dry ingredients well together in a large bowl: cake mix, pudding mix, and sugar. Set aside. 
3. In a medium bowl beat the 4 eggs, then add water, oil, and sour cream. Mix well! 
4. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix well. No lumps!
5. Now spray your bundt pan with Baker's Joy like it's your job! 
6. Pour half of the batter into the pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips over the top.
7. Now fold the other 1/2 cup of chocolate chips into the remaining batter and then pour that over the sprinkled chocolate chips.
8. Bake 45-50 minutes and test for doneness. Mine was ready at 45 minutes. You know your oven!
9. Cool 15-20 minutes in the pan and then turn out onto a cake plate to cool completely.
